Job description:

Everlight Solar is in search of an Event Planner and Executive Assistant to undertake a wide range of responsibilities, including the assistance in planning and executing company-wide events, as well as performing key administrative functions for our executive team. This position is fully remote, full-time, and entry-level, with travel required.

Candidates must possess a Mac computer and demonstrate proficiency in the Apple ecosystem of software, including iOS, macOS, and iWork.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure venues and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, and service providers to coordinate suppliers, catering, staffing, and entertainment
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, and cleanup, while proactively identifying potential issues
  • Execute administrative duties such as managing emails and calendars

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A confident and positive personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • Must own a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
