This role involves participation in trade shows, fairs, festivals, and other community events in the region.

Job Summary:
As an Event Marketer, you will attend pre-scheduled events and focus on generating leads for our local office through dynamic interactions with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include representing our brand at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, with the goal of producing qualified leads for our talented sales team. You will be accountable for surpassing lead generation targets set by the Event Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and deliver product demonstrations utilizing high-energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication with management.
• Generate and capture show leads for our award-winning product offerings.
• Assist with event setup and teardown, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in educating potential customers about our product offerings.
• High energy level, engagement skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods during events.
• Proficiency in utilizing our established system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly expanding company.
• Requirement to have a smartphone for using the company timekeeping application and submitting leads.
