Position Summary: The Marketer serves as an ambassador for the Leaf Home brand(s), engaging with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions at various pre-scheduled events across a designated territory. The primary objective of this role is to enhance brand awareness and convert that awareness into actionable sales leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend consumer-focused events, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Engage with event attendees, deliver informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads.
• Address objections utilizing established, industry-leading sales techniques and training resources.
• Manage the transportation, assembly, and disassembly of lightweight display materials and marketing collateral.
• Submit sales leads at the conclusion of each event shift.
• Meet established performance goals for each event and fulfill additional KPIs as required.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by a supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Part-time availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in active listening to address objections and answer inquiries regarding product performance or quality.
• Possession of a smartphone for use with the company’s timekeeping application and lead submission.
• Ability to stand for extended durations.
• Skill in engaging attendees, capturing their interest, and delivering effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic demeanor.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to the needs of different stakeholders without compromising quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
