Position Summary: The Marketer serves as a representative of the Leaf Home brand(s) through direct engagement with prospective customers at various pre-scheduled events within a designated territory. The main objective of this role is to enhance brand awareness and convert it into viable sales leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Attend consumer-focused events, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings.
– Engage with event attendees, provide informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads.
– Utilize effective sales techniques and training resources to overcome objections.
– Responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling lightweight display equipment and marketing materials.
– Document and submit sales leads at the conclusion of each shift.
– Meet established performance goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for each event.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
– Availability for part-time hours.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Demonstrated ability to actively listen, address objections, and respond to inquiries about product performance and quality.
– A smartphone is required for utilizing the company timekeeping application and submitting sales leads.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.
– Proven ability to engage with attendees, capture their interest, and conduct product demonstrations.
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
– Outgoing, friendly, and energetic disposition is essential.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing the needs of various stakeholders.
