AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “EVS Associate” position in Kalamazoo, MI, it’s important to consider factors such as the average salary for environmental services associates in the region, typical compensation for mid-shift roles, and the cost of living in Kalamazoo. As of my last update, average hourly rates for similar positions typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and the specific employer. To determine if the offered rate is competitive, you would need to compare it against these benchmarks, consider the demand for such roles in the local healthcare market, and evaluate the benefits package, if any, that accompanies the pay. Overall, if the offered rate aligns within or above the average range, it would generally be considered competitive for the Kalamazoo area and within the industry standards for environmental services positions.
