Job description:
Great Lakes Energy seeks a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team and Board of Directors. This pivotal role involves planning, organizing, and managing communications to facilitate the seamless execution of key initiatives. Your strategic support will encompass coordinating critical meetings, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and ensuring all logistics are meticulously organized. You will serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, board members, and external stakeholders, overseeing information flow and tracking deadlines to support executive projects.

In addition to your executive support duties, you will handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, assist in event planning, and collaborate with various internal departments and service providers to ensure smooth office operations. You will manage the departmental budget while continuously seeking process optimization to enhance efficiency for the executive team. This role includes supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to provide guidance and mentorship to team members and ensure the successful attainment of project goals.
