Great Lakes Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who possesses the ability to coordinate and streamline operations within our executive team and Board of Directors. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive high-level support, manage communications, and facilitate key meetings, effectively transforming strategic visions into actionable outcomes. Each day will present a unique mix of priorities, rapid problem-solving challenges, and strategic initiatives aimed at propelling the team forward.

In your role as Executive Assistant, you will engage in a diverse range of tasks including overseeing internal and external communications, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will prepare agendas, distribute materials, and coordinate logistics for board meetings while acting as the primary liaison between the CEO, board members, and external stakeholders. Ensuring effective information flow across teams, you will track deadlines and follow up on project deliverables for executive initiatives.
Additionally, you will handle sensitive information with discretion, assist in event planning, and collaborate with internal departments and service providers to ensure smooth office operations. With a keen focus on optimizing processes, you will oversee the departmental budget and continually seek opportunities to enhance efficiency for the CEO, board, and executive team. Supervisory responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring team members while ensuring project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
