Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant To CEO
Company: Strategic Community Partners
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $25 – 35 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 to $35 for an “Executive Assistant to CEO” in Detroit, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum, especially considering the responsibilities typically associated with this role, which often includes high-level administrative duties, project management, and strategic support. According to industry standards, executive assistants in larger metropolitan areas, particularly those supporting C-suite executives, often earn between $30 to $50 per hour, depending on their experience and the complexity of their tasks. Given the cost of living in Detroit and the competitive job market for skilled administrative professionals, this pay range may be viewed as less competitive and could hinder attracting candidates with the necessary expertise and qualifications.
