Job description:

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding culinary experiences while upholding high standards of safety, sanitation, and profitability. Culinary Leadership:

  • Train, coach, and empower kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, which includes staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, food and labor costs, and departmental budgets effectively.

About You:
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
  • Experience with processes and standards from Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience in kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques.
