We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Marquette General Hospital in Marquette, MI. This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 annually, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
As the Executive Chef, you will blend your culinary expertise with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen staff. Marquette General is a 222-bed specialty care facility that serves approximately 9,000 inpatients and over 350,000 outpatients each year, as part of the UP Health System. Responsibilities:
- Build a high-performing team that produces exceptional food while adhering to safety, sanitation, and service principles.

- Manage kitchen operations including forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, ordering, production planning, and budget compliance.
