Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $60000 – 65000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate corresponding to an annual salary of $60,000 to $65,000 translates to approximately $28.85 to $31.25 per hour. For an Executive Chef role, particularly in a mid-sized market like Lansing, MI, this compensation appears competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum, as salaries for Executive Chefs can typically range from $50,000 to over $100,000 depending on experience, the type of establishment, and regional cost of living. Given that Lansing is not a major metropolitan area, the offered salary may reflect local market conditions, but it could also deter highly experienced candidates who may seek higher compensation in larger cities or more prestigious venues. Overall, while the compensation is reasonable, it may benefit from adjustments to attract top talent in this competitive culinary landscape.
