Job description:

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of kitchen operations, which include delivering exceptional culinary experiences while upholding high standards of safety, sanitation, and profitability. Culinary Leadership:

  • Train, coach, and empower kitchen staff to provide outstanding culinary experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations to foster a safe working environment.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage food and labor costs, and adhere to departmental budgets.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and related areas in excellent working condition.
  • Collaborate with catering and event teams to ensure the successful execution of banquets and other events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques.
