Job Description
Job Title: Executive Director – Right to Life of Northeast Ohio
Company: Christian Career
Location: Akron, OH
Pay: $65000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $65,000 for the position of Executive Director at a nonprofit organization like Right to Life of Northeast Ohio translates to an hourly rate of approximately $31.25 (assuming a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week). This salary falls below the average for executive directors in nonprofit organizations, which typically ranges from $70,000 to over $100,000 annually, depending on the organization’s size, budget, and location. Given that Akron, OH, is generally more affordable than larger metropolitan areas, this salary could be somewhat competitive within the region for smaller organizations, but it may be less attractive compared to typical compensation for executive directors across the broader nonprofit sector. Thus, while the rate may reflect local cost-of-living conditions, it might not fully align with industry standards for leadership roles in similar organizations.
