Marvin Love and Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious mountain lodge in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the lodge.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance both efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
