Job description:
Marvin Love and Associates is seeking a highly experienced and driven Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious mountain lodge located in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in hotel management along with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
This historic resort, set within 5,500 acres of the Pennsylvania mountains, features a Dutch Colonial-style lodge that combines luxury accommodations with diverse dining options and a wide variety of recreational activities suitable for guests of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the lodge.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage the inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and courteously.
