Job description:

Marvin Love and Associates is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious mountain lodge in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in hotel management coupled with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

This historic resort is situated on 5,500 acres in the scenic Mountains of Pennsylvania. The Dutch Colonial-style lodge provides a harmonious blend of luxury accommodations, diverse dining options, and a variety of recreational activities catering to guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the lodge.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Manage the inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and courteously.
