Marvin Love and Associates is actively seeking a seasoned and driven Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious mountain lodge located in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the lodge.
– Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
– Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain compliance with cleanliness standards.
– Manage the inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
