Marvin Love and Associates is actively seeking a seasoned and driven Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of a prestigious mountain lodge located in Pennsylvania. This historic resort is situated on 5,500 acres in the scenic Pennsylvania mountains and features a Dutch Colonial-style lodge that seamlessly combines luxury accommodations with diverse dining options and a wide range of recreational activities suitable for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the lodge.
– Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
– Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain compliance with cleanliness standards.
– Manage the inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
– Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
– Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
