Job description:
Provides comprehensive driving, logistics, and protective services under the guidance of senior management for company executives, Board of Directors members, and select individuals as directed. Responsible for managing and executing driving and protective service initiatives tailored to the needs of senior executives and Board members. This role may involve both on-site and off-site planning, coordination, and execution of security measures for visiting dignitaries, including Board members, CEOs from partner organizations, high-profile clients, political figures, and other notable guests.
The successful candidate will also participate in the planning and execution of significant corporate events, ensuring a secure environment for dignitaries and VIPs visiting the organization. Additionally, responsibilities encompass personal protection, security for corporate facilities and residences, event security, ground and air transportation safety, adherence to protocol, personal assistance, and engagement in special projects.
Working independently with a significant degree of autonomy, the individual will assess protective service needs and make informed decisions to minimize risk exposure for protected executives. Performance will be reviewed quarterly to ensure objectives are being met.
This position necessitates regular interaction with senior executives and, potentially, global security managers across various regions, underscoring the importance of building collaborative relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Enhancing diplomatic and operational ties on a global scale is essential.

Job Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent coursework/certifications is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Executive Protection and/or Law Enforcement or Military Police.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Current Driver’s License and passport are required.
- TSA ASO certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain ASO certification.
- Emergency Medical Technician certification or the willingness to obtain it.
- Capability to lift 40 lbs. and assist in emergencies.
- Advanced driving skills or defensive driving certification.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
