Job description:
The Executive Technical Analyst serves as a key representative for the Seating President and the Leadership team, taking charge of managing the Division’s schedule, milestones, and ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and meet high executive quality standards. This role involves leading the preparation of executive presentations and reports for the Division, collaborating closely with various functions to verify content accuracy.

Key responsibilities include organizing the Division’s meetings with regional and Business Group teams, maintaining discipline and governance throughout the process. The Executive Technical Analyst will have a comprehensive understanding of the Division’s strategic planning and financial performance, enabling the identification of deviations that will inform reporting practices. A thorough grasp of the Division’s scope, main products, and KPIs will be essential for monitoring progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

The role requires tracking open action items from meetings, ensuring responsible champions drive tasks to completion. Additionally, the Executive Technical Analyst will assist in organizing visits and planning corporate events, including meetings with customers and key suppliers, as well as Townhalls with the President. Coordination of the President’s expense approvals and management of the Division’s travel budget also fall under this position.

The primary missions of the role include:

– Managing the division president’s deadlines and routines.
– Ensuring the governance of the Division’s reporting, with timely and accurate deliverables presented with executive quality.
– Overseeing data consolidation and reliable Division reporting, maintaining transparency across various reports (e.g., MBR, QBR, Budget, SP, BG Meetings).
– Analyzing financial results to identify deviations and effectively summarizing these findings for the Division’s president.
– Processing requests from Business Groups.
– Documenting meeting minutes and systematically tracking open items, facilitating their completion (e.g., monitoring month-end results, extraordinary costs).
– Developing, executing, and controlling internal procedures for the President’s spending authorizations (e.g., travel, Capex) in compliance with Corporate policies.
– Undertaking special project assignments as required.
– Maintaining the appearance of the Division’s office and ensuring necessary supplies are available.

Qualifications for success:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
