Job Title: Expeditor – Big E’s Sports Grill Holland

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $10.33 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.33 for an Expeditor at Big E’s Sports Grill in Holland, MI, appears to be below the industry standard for similar roles in the food service sector. As of 2023, expeditors typically earn an average hourly wage ranging from $12 to $15, depending on experience and location. Given Michigan’s minimum wage of $10.10, while this rate is above that threshold, it may not be considered competitive, especially in a market where labor demand is high and many employers are offering increased pay to attract workers. This suggests that the wage may not adequately reflect the responsibilities of the role or the cost of living in the area.
