Expeditor:

As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for the preparation of all food items, ensuring compliance with local health department regulations, as well as Suburban Inns’ Core Values and standards. Essential Functions:

  • Greet all guests warmly and positively, fostering connections to make them feel valued and welcome
  • Expedite items according to standardized recipes
  • Set up service stations with necessary items
  • Serve items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards
  • Inform the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty of any anticipated shortages
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas and equipment
  • Set up, maintain, and dismantle the Expo station
  • Comply with local health and safety regulations
  • Follow all Suburban Inns processes
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Position Requirements:

  • Appearance: Hair must be well-groomed. All visible facial piercings and tattoos not covered by the uniform require management approval. Tattoos deemed offensive in nature are not permitted and must be covered at all times. This policy will be enforced equitably, and any decisions made by the position’s supervisor may be reviewed by the Vice President of Operations.
