Our Baker plays a vital role in ensuring the exceptional appearance and flavor of our bakery products. In addition to delivering outstanding guest service, you will be responsible for utilizing premium ingredients to create a delectable assortment of baked goods for our patrons. Your primary responsibility will be the preparation and baking of products, guaranteeing that only the freshest offerings are available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and form products to specifications as required by scratch recipes.
  • Bake products using the appropriate time and temperature as outlined in the recipes.
  • Follow established recipes, including scratch recipes, to prepare bakery items.
  • Properly position products in the proof box, adjust controls, and secure the door to maintain the desired size and shape.
  • Prepare and fry donuts following established procedures.
  • Insert and retrieve products from the freezer to maintain freshness.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrate suggestive selling techniques and provide samples when appropriate.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by warmly greeting customers and assisting them in locating desired products; possess sufficient knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Prioritize safety in all operations, ensuring the well-being of Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Bake prepared and scratch products for display, ensuring adherence to rotation and code dating procedures to maintain product freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, tables, and floors, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
