Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
– Implementing personalized weekly schedules and care plans for clients
– Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
– Providing personal companionship and maintaining active engagement with clients, offering emotional and social support
– Helping with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
– Offering transportation to and from appointments as needed
– Performing administrative functions, including documenting task completion and reporting any changes in the client’s condition, mental capacity, or behavior

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
– Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
– Ability to travel within a 30 to 35-mile radius
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray
– Basic computer skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
