Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
– Implement personalized weekly schedules and care plans tailored to each client
– Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
– Provide meaningful companionship, maintaining engagement with clients through ongoing social and emotional support
– Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Facilitate transportation to appointments as needed
– Execute administrative tasks such as documenting completed activities and reporting any changes in clients’ physical condition, mental state, or behavior
Qualifications:
To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
– Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
– Ability to travel 25-30 miles
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray required
– Basic Computer Skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
