Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:

  • Implement comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
  • Provide personal companionship, actively engaging with clients while offering social and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Facilitate transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • Undertake administrative responsibilities such as documenting task completion and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Qualifications:
To Get Started You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel up to 30 miles
  • Open availability is strongly preferred
  • TB Screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray
  • Basic computer skills
  • Documentation proving eligibility to work in the U.S.
