Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Implement personalized weekly schedules and comprehensive care plans
- Safely and professionally assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship while engaging clients through ongoing social and emotional support
- Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Facilitate transportation for clients to appointments as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks, such as documenting completed tasks and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
Qualifications
To Get Started, You Will Need:
- A minimum of one year of professional caregiver experience
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strongly preferred open availability
- TB screening/PPD and/or chest x-ray results
- Basic computer skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
