Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
– Implement personalized weekly schedules and care plans effectively.
– Carry out Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally.
– Provide personal companionship, ensuring active engagement with each client through ongoing social and emotional support.
– Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
– Transport clients to and from appointments as needed.
– Handle administrative responsibilities, including documentation of tasks completed and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior.
Qualifications
To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
– Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification.
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle.
– Open availability is strongly preferred.
– TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray.
– Basic computer skills.
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
