Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
– Execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
– Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
– Provide personal companionship, engaging actively with each client to offer ongoing social and emotional support
– Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Provide transportation to and from appointments as required
– Conduct administrative tasks such as documenting completed tasks and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
Qualifications
To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
– A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray results
– Basic computer skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
