Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
– Implement comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
– Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
– Provide personal companionship while actively engaging with each client to offer ongoing social and emotional support
– Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Facilitate transportation to and from appointments as required
– Conduct administrative tasks such as documenting the completion of assignments and reporting changes in clients’ physical conditions, mental capabilities, or behaviors
Qualifications
To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
– Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray
– Basic Computer Skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
