Key Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, you will:

• Implement comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner.
• Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client while offering social and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Facilitate transportation for clients to and from appointments as required.
• Perform administrative duties, including task documentation and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability is strongly preferred.
• Completion of TB screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
