Responsibilities
What You Will Do:

  • Implement comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner.
  • Provide companionship and actively engage with clients, offering social and emotional support.
  • Aid with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
  • Facilitate transportation to and from appointments as required.
  • Perform administrative duties, including documenting task completion and reporting any changes in clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior.

Qualifications
To Get Started, You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Open availability is strongly preferred.
  • TB screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray results.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
