Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Caregiver (CNA/HHA)
Company: TheKey
Location: Rockford, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an “Experienced Caregiver (CNA/HHA)” in Rockford, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range based on industry standards. As of 2023, wages for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Michigan typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and specific employer factors. Additionally, local demand for caregiving professionals may influence these rates, and given the rising cost of living and the increasing importance of caregiving roles, this rate may not attract or retain qualified candidates effectively. Overall, $16 per hour is not aligned with the current market expectations for this position in the region.
