Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Caregiver
Company: TheKey
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an “Experienced Caregiver” in Cincinnati, OH, is relatively competitive but may not fully align with industry standards in this region. As of 2023, average pay for caregivers in Ohio generally ranges from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, certifications, and specific duties. While $16 is on the lower end for experienced caregivers, it could be considered reasonable for those with less experience or in less demanding situations. However, areas with higher living costs or specialized caregiving roles often command higher wages, suggesting that employers may need to increase pay to attract and retain qualified staff in a competitive job market.
