Job description:

We are actively seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and sales-oriented professionals for our Auburn Hills Costco location to serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This role presents an exciting opportunity to promote and sell nutritional supplements from Qunol & Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, seven days a week. Peak commission opportunities are available on Saturdays and Sundays. This sales position is an excellent choice for individuals seeking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $26 per hour, plus additional bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
  • W-2 Employment status.
  • A promotional kit will be provided along with a bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
  • Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
As you sell a selection of products at Costco, you’ll earn commissions based on your performance. Each shift runs from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and you will receive credit for sales made during this time.

  • Sell 30 Super Greens: Earn $90 in commission.
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: Earn $60 in commission.
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): Earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
  • Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and confidence while in-store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
  • Regularly monitor for messages regarding scheduling and other communications from your manager.
  • Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with team members and/or the regional manager.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting a 2’ x 4’ folding table and other demonstration materials, each weighing approximately 20 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work independently, often as the sole team member at a location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with the confidence to approach and communicate with customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in direct sales is preferred.
  • Proficient with email and basic computer/mobile device functions.
