We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the East Lansing Costco location as passionate brand ambassadors. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to promote and sell nutritional supplements produced by Qunol and Zena, including our highly sought-after Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a Sales Representative, you will receive training to effectively encourage sales while showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our popular products, which include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and a variety of Turmeric supplements.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available. Saturdays and Sundays tend to be the most lucrative commission days. This sales role is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

  • Starting hourly rate of $26, in addition to bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
  • W-2 employment status.
  • Provision of a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
  • Average earnings for brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers earning $500 or more per day.

Bonus Structure:
You will earn commissions based on your daily sales, calculated from a starting shift of 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, providing additional purchasing opportunities when customers are actively seeking our products. Below is a summary of potential earnings:

  • Sell 30 Super Greens: $90 commission
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: $60 commission
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): $15 commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
  • Maintain a professional representation of yourself and the company while on site.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
  • Regularly check for messages regarding scheduling and other communications from your manager.
  • Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager as required.
  • Ability to lift and transport a 2′ x 4′ folding table (approx. 20 pounds) to and from your vehicle, along with demonstration supplies and sales materials at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and work independently without direct supervision, as a solitary team member at each location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in direct sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency with email and basic computer/mobile device usage.
