Job description:

We are excited to announce an immediate hiring opportunity at our East Lansing Costco location! We are in search of enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals who can serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This role presents a unique chance to promote and sell nutritional supplements from renowned brands Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Are you motivated by achieving goals, enjoy engaging with customers, and consider yourself a self-starter? If so, this position is tailored for you! Our representatives will undergo comprehensive training to effectively encourage sales through active demonstrations of our highly popular Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and a variety of Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours:
10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available for shifts. Saturdays and Sundays are particularly advantageous for earning commissions!

This sales role is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income with part-time employment.

Compensation:

  • Starting wage of $26 per hour, plus bonuses based on exceeding sales targets
  • W-2 employment status
  • A promotional kit provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit
  • Average earnings for our brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers making over $500 daily!

Bonus Structure:
You will receive credit for all sales made during your shift, which aligns with Costco’s operational hours. Below is a breakdown of the potential bonuses:

  • Sell 30 Super Greens: Earn $90 in commission
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: Earn $60 in commission
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): Earn $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various supplier-provided brands.
  • Represent yourself and the company in a professional manner while at Costco.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
  • Stay updated with scheduling and communication from your manager.
  • Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team members and/or the regional manager.
  • Lift and transport a 2′ x 4′ folding table from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of your shift, as well as carry product samples and sales materials. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds.
  • Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Work autonomously without direct supervision, as you may be the only representative at the location.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in direct sales.
  • Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device operations.
