We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Roseville Heights Costco location! This is an excellent opportunity to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for nutritional supplements provided by Qunol & Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a representative, you will receive training to promote sales while demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.

Available demo hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with all days open. Saturdays and Sundays tend to be our highest commission days! This role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay at $26 per hour, plus bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
• W-2 Employment.
• Promotional kit provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200-$300 per day, with top performers earning $500 or more daily!

Bonus Structure:
You will receive credit for all sales made during your shifts, which typically run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM—additional hours when customers actively purchase our products. The potential earnings based on product sales are outlined below:

• Sell 30 Super Greens: earn $90 in commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: earn $60 in commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage with Costco members to promote various brands supplied by our partners.
• Represent yourself and the company professionally while at Costco.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly monitor communication concerning scheduling and updates from your manager.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
• Lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds, both to and from the store.
• Transport products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from your vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work independently without direct supervision at each location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing demeanor with the ability to approach and converse with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device usage.
