We are excited to announce that we are currently hiring for the Traverse City Costco location! We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals who can serve as passionate brand ambassadors for our nutritional supplements, including products by Qunol & Zena, specifically Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a representative, you will receive training to promote sales by actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our popular products, which include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM – All days available, with Saturday and Sunday noted as the best commission days. This sales role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:
– Starting at $26 per hour, plus bonuses based on exceeding sales quotas
– W-2 employment
– A promotional kit will be provided, along with a bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit
– Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 to $300 per day, while our top performers make $500+ daily

Bonus Structure:
We feature four different products at Costco, usually showcasing three at a time. Below is an overview of the bonus opportunities, showcasing your potential earnings based on daily sales. Shifts commence at 10 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM, during which you will receive credit for products sold throughout your shift – this timeframe corresponds with an additional three hours of Costco’s operating hours, allowing for further customer engagement.

– Selling 30 Super Greens will yield a $90 commission
– Selling 20 Liquid Collagen will result in a $60 commission
– Selling 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) will give you a $15 commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
– Engage and interact with Costco members to promote the various brands supplied by our partners.
– Represent yourself and the company professionally while at Costco.
– Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
– Regularly monitor communications from your manager regarding scheduling and other updates.
– Be available for scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
– Ability to lift and transport a 2′ x 4′ folding table, approximately 20 pounds, to and from the store.
– Capable of standing for prolonged periods.
– Work independently, without direct supervision, as the sole team member per location.

Requirements:
– Outgoing personality and the ability to approach and engage customers effectively.
– Strong verbal communication skills.
– Previous experience in direct sales.
– Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device usage.
