We are excited to announce an opportunity at the Traverse City Costco location! We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven individuals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for our nutritional supplements, including products from Qunol and Zena (Liquid Collagen/Super Greens).

Our representatives will be trained to promote sales by actively demonstrating the unique features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM; all days are available, with Saturdays and Sundays being particularly lucrative commission days. This position is ideal for those seeking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay at $26 per hour, plus bonus opportunities based on exceeding sales targets
• W-2 Employment status
• A promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit are provided
• Average earnings for our brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
You will earn commissions based on product sales during your shifts, which align with Costco’s extended open hours. Here’s an overview of the bonus potential:

• Sell 30 Super Greens to earn a $90 commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen to earn a $60 commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) to earn a $15 commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage with Costco members to promote the various brands offered by our suppliers
• Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and competence at Costco
• Provide excellent customer service on behalf of Direct Demo
• Regularly check for scheduling updates and communications from your manager
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager
• Ability to lift and transport a 2′ x 4′ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of your shift, as well as carry products and supplies to and from your vehicle
• Stand for extended periods and work independently without direct supervision as the sole team member at your location

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in direct sales
• Basic email and computer/mobile device proficiency
