Starting pay is set at $20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift premium for second and third shifts.

Available Shifts and Hours:

  • Second Shift: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • Third Shift: Monday to Friday (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to ascertain work assignments and determine required materials or equipment.
  • Analyze plans, instructions, or specifications to guide work activities.
  • Operate assigned machinery or equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Lift and stack products as needed.
  • Meet and maintain the efficiency standards set for the designated area.
  • Uphold good housekeeping practices within the work areas.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to lift approximately 40-50 pounds occasionally or continuously during scheduled shifts.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Background in assembly or machine operation/heavy press is advantageous.
  • CNC experience is a plus.
