AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $40,000 to $43,600 for the “Fabricator Position” in New Baltimore, MI, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $19.23 to $20.96. This pay scale is somewhat below the national average for fabricators, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific skills. Additionally, regional factors and the cost of living in Michigan suggest that while the pay may be competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with lower living costs, it might not attract experienced fabricators who would expect higher compensation. Overall, this salary range could be viewed as marginally competitive, particularly for less experienced candidates or those entering the field.
