Responsibilities:
– Maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering courteous service.
– Participate in team and departmental meetings to foster collaboration.
– Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks related to each property.
– Monitor inventory levels as necessary to meet daily operational needs.
– Ensure upkeep of all public spaces and mechanical equipment as required.
– Perform and oversee maintenance-related repairs.
– Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to guarantee optimal equipment functionality.
– Uphold the hotel’s appearance, prioritizing quality and attention to detail from both guest and tenant perspectives.
– Review daily work orders and generate reports.
– Ensure timely completion of all projects, maintaining a sense of urgency to accommodate guests and tenants.
– Adhere to proper lockout/tagout procedures in compliance with OSHA standards.
– Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
– Exercise integrity in everyday business decisions on behalf of the company, team, and clientele.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
