Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will:

  • Maintain a professional demeanor while providing courteous service to guests, tenants, and the community.
  • Actively participate in team and departmental meetings.
  • Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks relevant to each property.
  • Monitor inventories as required to complete daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain all public areas and mechanical equipment as necessary.
  • Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs.
  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment.
  • Uphold the aesthetic integrity of the hotel, placing importance on quality and attention to detail from the perspectives of both guests and tenants.
  • Review daily work orders and prepare reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while exhibiting a sense of urgency to accommodate guests and tenants effectively.
  • Understand and implement proper lockout-tagout procedures in alignment with OSHA standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Make sound business decisions with integrity on behalf of the company, team, and guests/tenants.

Qualifications:
