Job Title: Facility Technician (Maintenance) – Embassy Suites Downtown GR

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for the role of “Facility Technician (Maintenance)” at Embassy Suites Downtown Grand Rapids appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for similar positions in the area. According to various salary data sources, facility maintenance technicians in Grand Rapids typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements. This wage may not fully reflect the demands of the job, particularly in a hospitality setting where responsiveness and maintenance quality are crucial. Therefore, while $16/hour is a starting point, it may not be competitive enough to attract skilled candidates or retain employees in the long term.
