Job Title: Facility Technician (Maintenance) – Embassy Suites Downtown GR

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Facility Technician (Maintenance) position at the Embassy Suites Downtown Grand Rapids is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for this role in Michigan. According to industry reports and salary surveys, facilities maintenance technicians typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour based on experience and location, with variations for specific skills and certifications. In Grand Rapids, the cost of living and demand for skilled maintenance workers further influence these figures, suggesting that the offered wage may not be competitive. Therefore, while the rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may struggle to retain experienced professionals seeking fair market compensation.
