AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a Facility Technician (Maintenance) position at Holiday Inn Express in Grandville, MI, is relatively low when assessed against industry standards for similar roles in the area. According to various salary and job market resources, maintenance technicians in hotel settings typically earn between $20 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements.
