Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, meal preparation, vacuuming, and bed making
  • Offering companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation, whether by personal vehicle or public transit
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
  • Three references (two professional and one personal) required at the time of application
  • Successful completion of pre-service Home Care Aide training
  • Qualities of reliability, courtesy, honesty, enthusiasm, and compassion
