Job Title: F&B Bartender (Sage) Petoskey, Michigan

Company: Odawa Casino

Location: Petoskey, MI

Pay: $11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11 for a “F&B Bartender” role in Petoskey, Michigan, is generally below the industry standard. As of 2023, bartenders in Michigan typically earn an average of $12 to $15 per hour, not including tips, which can significantly augment total earnings in service roles like bartending. In tourist-heavy areas like Petoskey, where demand for skilled bartenders may be higher, rates can even reach $15 to $20 per hour or more, particularly in upscale venues. Therefore, the offered wage of $11 may be considered uncompetitive and could pose challenges in attracting experienced candidates.
