Job Description
Job Title: F&B Supervisor – Embassy Suites
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for an “F&B Supervisor” position at Embassy Suites in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be relatively competitive yet slightly below the average for the role in the region. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for F&B Supervisors in similar hotels and establishments in Grand Rapids generally ranges from $22 to $28, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. While the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates or those with minimal experience, it may not adequately align with the expectations of more experienced professionals or reflect the cost of living in the area. Therefore, while it can appeal to some applicants, it may limit the pool of qualified candidates who might seek higher compensation in line with industry standards.
