About the Role:
The Field Marketing Team Lead plays a crucial role in promoting the Bath Experts brand and fostering positive customer interactions, ultimately aimed at driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing demeanor, enjoy engaging with others, excel in conversation and communication, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This is a full-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
– Enhance brand visibility and sales through event marketing, product demonstrations, and promotional activities for the Bath Experts brand.
– Serve as the representative for Bath Experts at various marketing events, including planning and coordination, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
– Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and inviting manner.
– Act as a subject matter expert, addressing customer inquiries regarding our products and services, while effectively showcasing Bath Experts’ value and expertise.
– Employ a consultative sales approach to educate customers about the full range of Bath Experts’ services and products.
– Collect comprehensive information from clients to facilitate appointment scheduling.
– Provide additional marketing support by managing inbound/outbound leads and undertaking various marketing-related tasks.
– Other responsibilities may include assisting in supporting additional markets, training new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:
– A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, with retail sales experience preferred.
– Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Reliable transportation is essential, with the capability to travel with large branded materials.
– An outgoing, personable attitude with a talent for engaging in conversation.
– Proven ability to adhere to a structured process for generating sales appointments.
